Whitstable Carnival 2019

‘The Whitstable Carnival Association would like to thank everyone who made Whitstable’s 122nd Carnival such a fantastically successful day. More than anything else, we would like to say thanks to the people of Whitstable and Tankerton for coming out to see us in such large numbers and for cheering us on our way.
